Default Ecu tuneing

I need opinions on what kind of tuneing program I should get. I sent my non vtec 95 ls ecu to pherable and they did a horable job with the base map. I could'nt even get the car to start with the 550cc injectors and with the stock ones I had to hook up an afc to cut fuel. Anyway the s300 is a little too expensive for me right now. Then there is chrome pro and others. What about emanage? Shoul I get a p28 or is mine ok to use? I want to get a romulater so I can tune my self. Any help and I would really appreciate it.

Ive heard nothing but good things about pherable.net. Id talk to them about the problem before you bash them on a public forum. If they offer you no help, then I would say that it is justifiable to say that

hey i use crome on my crx, yes it has been converted to obd 1. im running 750cc msd injectors and the car runs great (11.8 seconds great) anyway crome is free unless you want the pro version which is nice if you have the knowledge on using the extra features. you can buy a ostrich which is an emulator that allows realtime tuning. maps are easy to build and if you want i can give you the site for a walk through on how to use crome. hope this helps let me know if there is anything else. oh yeah i also tune so if you have problems/questions i would be happy to help you.

you cant just really get a basemap off the internet for a boosted car and expect it to run great, too many variables that can change from one setup to another...

get crome pro and call it the day
