Default ecu socketing question uberdata/hondata

I have two p75's that are chipped already. Would they have to resocketed for hondata? Looking at the uberdata stuff, they are not chipped exactly like that. However, if I chipped a p75 to be ready for uberdata, would it be ready for hondata also??

Thanks

i just got a hondata system myself and yes you would have to send it to hondata and get it chipped and socketed for their system.

Its just like chipping any ECU. The only addition is the S100 board or the S200 box. Which is sodered into the CN2 datalogging port. Some ECU's may require cutting the J12 jumper. But its not necessary for the most part. You can take any ECU thats already socketed or chipped and just soder in the hondata system to it.
