Default 91 (b18a)LS into a 92-93 shell?

i am thinking of getting a shell from the south (rustless) and putting in my engine and tranny, and I prefer to get a 92-93, but I don't know what I'll have to do to make it work. The 92 is obd1, what do I have to put on the engine to make it work? Also, isn't the header different? I'm lost, and I rather get a 92 cuz of the rear bumper, obd1, and other advantages. Did the tranny stay cable in 92-93?
