Default ecu guru's help

I need to know the number of this transistor off of a p30 ecu. It is located in the q31 position on the ecu board. Its the one thats burned in the pic. (sorry for the crappy pic)

2SD1779 or 2SD1780. Long discontinued. It is the driver for the purge solenoid and not really necessary for operation.

Why am i getting a code for the o2 sensor, if its for the purge solenoid.

What code is stored in the ECU?

I reset the ecu, and started the car back up and its throws a code for the o2 sensor. (code 41)

41 is the o2 heater or it's circuitry. Either the sensor itself is bad, the wires going to it are defective, or the driver circuitry in the ECU has failed.

Its a brand new bosch o2 sensor, and i checked all the wiring in the harness and their good.
