Default ecu code 41 and 9...

I am getting two codes from ecu, my car bogs out at heavy throttle. Codes reveal heater circuit malfunction(41) and a cyp sensor(9).I have 95 civic ex coupe. Do you have any ideas on how to solve?

Code 41 is the heater circuit malfunction for the primary O2 sensor. Check to make sure the sensor is plugged in and no wires are bare, kinked or sliced.
Usually when the Code 9 (CYP sensor) comes up, your bearings are going bad in the distributor which is common in those years. Have you heard any grinding on whizzing noises coming from the distributor? If you have a friend with the same or equivalent distributor, change it out, reset the ECU and see if it the code comes back.

I did what you said and after clearing ecm memory I do not recieve any codes. Although A problem still persists. After the engine is warm, if I accelerate fast, the engine wants to die out between 0 and 1000 rpm. It runs strong and smooth above 1000 rpms but wants to stall out when they again drop below 1000. Do you have any idea? Also, if the ECM has not found error, will the check engine light stay on with no flashes, or shoud it be off?(this is of course when connector under dash is jumped)
