How can a CFK (crank sensor) ECU code be from the distributor?
I haven't seen the "technical" printout from the shop but, they are saying that it is the distributor that is causing the CFK Code. Anyone able to back this up?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: How can a CFK (crank sensor) ECU code be from the distributor? (Spade)
So, you are getting a code 54, right?? Well, I have had that code come up a few times on my HX, but it never really did anything odd. A few of the mechanics that I have talked to said that if I get a code 54, and the car still runs, then the crank sensor has just picked up some interference from something.
That is all I know…

Re: How can a CFK (rodrez)
Really, then I might have to check that out then too. What’s odd though, it that the car never sputters or anything...
But I guess that would make sense in Spade’s case if he is getting a code 54, and he is told that the problem is in his distributor…
Thanks…
