Default Dumping too much fuel?

I recently swapped in a new(er) B18C1 into my GS-R. It's stock other than ITR pistons. It runs fine, other than when I mash te gas and rev into VTEC, the car blows a lot of black smoke. From what I've heard this is due to running rich. What's the best way to fix this (Fuel Press. Regulator)? Is this something to worry about?
