Default Dropping idle after reving

My idle drops to about 200 then back to 750 only when I rev it either in gear or in neutral. It would drop but catch and has cut off on me once or twice when I pick on it. My setup consist of

b18b
18g turbo w/hondata s200
440cc w a 255lph intank
ngk7's

Tuned to a perfect 12.1 A/F ratio, just can't seem to fix this dropping idle.

It could be that you are too rich on the bottom end. If thats not it I think there is an ajustment on the tb that controls how the engine comes back to idle(I think you have to remove the tb to get at it). I have not done this before so I cant help much more. There should be something about this in your factory manuel if you dont have one then there might be someone here that can help.

I might be runnin rich but the idle holds steady and nice. It's only when I rev it even a little bit the idle would drop. Any more thoughts?anyone?
