Default drained battery now car is dead

Hey everyone I have a 95 accord auto, Seems to have an electrical issue a week ago the battery died on me, I had my alternator checked and all was good with it, so I re-installed the alternator with a new battery because it was drained, I also added some sea foam to the gas, then engine light is on only at idle for about 3 days at the third day before the car died it made a terrible knocking very tinny like rattling sound for 3 or 4 seconds before It died on the highway
here are my thoughts
Engine not getting any spark (will check for spark tonight,-- can I attached the plug to the engine frame to check for spark?)
fouled plug from seafoam
dirty o2 from seafoam
clogged cat from seafoam
or the engine took a S#!^ -engine turns over and on held at around 2.5k when I give it some gas but sounds like crap
any suggestion are welcomed

thanks J

If its not getting any spark I dont want to buy a new dizzy for this engine as I am getting a dohc f22 and will go extn coiled with an h23 dizzy but hesitant if i have a major electr prob with wiring.

bump anyone?
ok so I tried retrieving codes by jumping the 2 pin blue connector and no dice, checked ecu for led but nothing flashed when I removed the back plate.
I also checked for spark, it gave spark but it was orange and not blue (dont know if there's any difference)
Oh btw when I try turning over the engine I feel I get a reversed momentum when cranking.
please help
next step checking cat and cleaning o2 sensor with carb cleaner
Seafoam is an additive to clean you fuel inj system as well as your engine can be administered through your brake booster but slowly

Disconnect the battery and check the resistance between the harness connector for the positive terminal and the ground to see if you have a short.

sea foam wouldn't hurt it like that i have used it many many times..... what i would do is go by an advance auto parts with the car running and have a system check done they will check battery starter alt with and without load on it and also a drain test with everything off and print it off.....so if you do have anything worng like a dido sticking on alt it will show or if you are have a amp drain with all off... check your ground wires also make sure the gorunds are clean and good contact. That is where i would start off.

Remove the plugs and inspect them.
