I work for a dealer and i know we wont touch an engine swap, its not that we cant do it, its just a liability issue, so we wont do it, but it never hurts to ask...Its not that hard to swap an engine, im pretty sure u can find things on here that can help u...wat kind of car are u planning on getting???

yeah swaps aren't hard at all. especially in a honda. just search as much as possible on here till you understand what you need and want. then call some friends get some beer and make it a weekend.

More like 5x as much, i seen a post here of someone getting quoted like 800 bucks for a timing belt change at the stealershit. Most asc certified mechanics i know and myself included only charge $150.

this is pretty easy, u cant use you stock rear mount, the one u need for a b-series is longer i believe, (its been awhile since ive done a swap into an eg, come to think of it i actually have the rear mount for this swap in my garage), and make sure u get the whole wiring harness and ecu for the engine that your a getting for the swap, that way its all just plug and play, as for the rest, it pretty much bolts right up useing your stock mounts, once u get the mounts moved over the new engine goes in the same way the old came out.
oh yeah and do yourself a favor replace the clutch and the flywheel while the motor is out, im ashamed to say i made that mistake once, had to pull it out again.

Yea i went looking around and found that going to a dealership isnt the most money efficient option...so i've decided to look around and search more...another question is what would be the best tranny for this swap.im going for a track/daily driver and i know nothing about transmissions other than how to use them lol
