Default Comparing Engine Swaps...

Hi,

I'm going to be purchasing a new car soon to use as a daily driver and right now my two main options are the Mazda MX-3 and the Honda Civic. Sometime down the road I'm going to be swapping in an engine: for the MX-3 it'd be a KL-ZE and for the Civic it would be a B18C1 or an H22.

Now I know that obviously you guys are going to be a bit biased but which do you think would be an easier swap: the Mazda or the Honda? I've heard that the Mazda is about as easy as it gets as you can just drop in the engine and plug it in. There is virtually no splicing or anything. On Honda's, from what I've read there is lots of splicing and what not and the electrical element of it is pretty hard. I've never done an engine swap before so not sure how to go about this. Which do you think would be easier to do a swap for? For someone who has never done a swap before?

Thanks!
