Default Do I need to get my crank caps bored?

I recently bought a JDM B16A short block from a guy in Florida. When I received it, the short block was totally disassembled. The main caps were bolted to the block, but in the box that contained the rods and pistons was another set of main caps.
My question is this: Since there is a certain amount of doubt as to whether the caps currently on the block were the originals, do I/should I get the block allign bored (if that is the correct term)?

Thanks for your input.

Yeah...you should take the block with both sets of caps to a machine shop and have them check which set would be the best to have align honed/bored.

Yes go have them align bored. Better safe than sorry. Use new main bolts as well.
