DO I have a bad wheel bearing?
Heres my symptoms.
1. Car shakes at high speeds
2. Ticking sound comming from pass side during acceleration sometimes, gets worse while turning, almost a scraping sound when turning on that side.
3. My negitive camber in my pass wheel looks worse than in my drivers wheel.

sounds like a bad axle to me, but to check the wheel bearing jack up
the car and see if u can move the tire back and forth. if there is movement
then it si your wheel bearing. and what i mean by back and forth is towards u and away fromu .

if you wanna check for wheel bearing problems, one way is this...
- jack up the front of your car
- leave your wheels on
- go to the front wheel which you think is having the problem
- grasp the wheel at a 10 and 2 o' clock position
- Wiggle the wheel and if there is any play or sort of knocking sound, you quite possibly may have a wheel bearing issue.

I had a bad wheel bearing and I would grab the wheel after jacking the car up and it would have alot of play when I would shake it. It would also make a knocking sound when I would drive it straight.

Weird.
yeah, my problem is very pronounced under acceleration and gets worse as the car heats up, say after 15 min of driving...

One thing you may want to check is the CV Joint / axle if you have had it replaced before. I hear that one of the largest suppliers of aftermarket CV Joints/ axles discovered there was a bad batch. Buddy of mine with a Prelude said this was the case for him. As for me, I have an Accord (daily driver), feels like the tires are not balanced and a clicking. Had the tires balanced and rotated (note: watched them balance the tires), and the vibration and clicking noise is still there. Was told it was probably the CV Joint / axle, wheel bearings were checked also. My .02 cents.

So to sum it all up think of your wheel bearing, ball joints, and axles constantly stressed (as it was not intended to drive or "sit"). You are then bound to wear out any of these parts in a shorter life time period.
