Well, not really, it is a little hard to diagnose a car over the net. My crystal ball must be cloudy.

way I see it is either you've ran into the issue before or not- if you have then you know what the most common issues are- if not then it's a crap shoot- i've stumped everyone here locally too... so don't get too sad- it's ok

Diagnosing a problem child on the phone or in this case the net is not hard at all. It's no different when you call Honda Tech. Line for help. They guide you and you inform them.
Basicly It really depends on the do-ers(advanracing62) ability to follow instructions, inform, and of course to diagnose.
Which I've learn that everyone here lacks off these abilities.
But again, there are people that are not ment to work on there on car.

The CEL doesn't come on at all; The fuel pump doesn't prime; You've replaced the Main Relay with no luck
All of these point the finger at an electrical problem. You fix electrical problems using a multimeter and a schematic of some sort; we use the Helms manual around here.
I would highly suggest you buy these 2 parts first before you go out and buy more parts for your car.

Well it must have not been that big of problem if our local Honda boys fixed it that fast.
Never the less the fact still remains that we got owned by your focking car.

it wasn't the igniton switch- which we were testing, and getting correct restults, it was the wires that were in the wrong place, but still giving the switch power- doesn't make sense to me, but that's how it was
