Default distributor- cap and rotor replacement

i was on another site and it said its good to change the cap and rotor like 15000 miles or i forgot. i havent changed mine since i got the car, which is like 36000 miles already

do you think changing them would help the car out? where do i buy it at and what brand, i got a jdm b16 engine, thanks guys

Its always a good idea to change the cap, rotor, wires, and plugs at 30k. Some guys wait a little longer, but you always feel a difference after you've done it.

I'll probably do mine around 40k.

I did sand the cap lightly to remove deposits, and I don't idle my car as much as some others might.
