Distributor
#1 your really going to get flamed about your name (have you never looked at your valve cover, or do you promote cordless phones?)
#2. disconnect the negative battery terminal, mark a line across the top flange of the distributor, so that you can line it up exactly when putting it back on again, then undo the bolts around the distr. take it out carefully, and you will see the O ring where the distributor shaft(?) enters the head, remove it and clean around the hole, then stick in the new O ring, and pop the dustr. back on again, making sure you line it up with the mark you made on the top flange
