Pull the distributor cap off and check for a redish or rust colored dust. It might be your distributor bearing going out if you see the dust and hear that noise. In the worst case, the distributor shaft could seize up.

EDIT: damn you got that up quick... hahaha, when i started typing this it was Perfectionist that had posted last.. Yea you can change it yourself... Just pull off the distributor and take it apart... You could take someone elses bearing because for the most part they are the same or just order from Honda...

or something recently more common, your screw that holds the rotor came off and causing the rotor to rattle around in the cap. just a thought. good luck!
