Default disappearing coolant

For the first 18 months I owned my car, I never got around to changing or flushing the coolant. I noticed the reserve tank was always empty, but the coolant under the radiator cap was always a bright green, it was always at the very top.

Now I flushed my coolant a few weeks ago, filled up the radiator and bled the system, and filled the reserve tank. A few of weeks later I noticed the tank was pretty much empty, but the coolant was still up to the very top of the radiator. I haven't seen any leaks under my car at all. I don't see how it could be leaking because the level of coolant in my radiator never seems to drop. Anyone have any ideas?

Replace radiator cap and see if that fixes the problem.

Go to a auto parts place and match the pressure (usually 0.9 or 1.1) and just replace it for $10.

Also check for a leak in the over flow tank. It is easy to get out just pull straight up.
