disappearing liquid

Default disappearing liquid



i recently got a new overfill bottle, flushed my radiator and bled the cooling system. everytime i drive my car for 15 mins. i let it cool open the radatior cap and its about 4 table spoons low... where is this coolant going? do i have a blown head gasket?

when the radiator needs coolant it takes from the overflow tank or puts it back.

thought so, they gay autozone one doesnt have a pick up back to the radiator, got an oem one today

how does it not have a nipple right under the cap that goes to the coolant bottle?

This is going to sound dumb but how in the hell does it take the coolant out of the bottle? There is one line running on my overflow tank and it at the very top? Suction it out, I would think this would like concave the whole bottle lol

Pressures in a raditor change when it gets hot and when it cools. This will cause the suction or "putting in" into the overflow tank as dictated by radiator cap.
