Default Difference between LS and GSR Block

I just wanted to know what the differences are between the blocks. I have a b16 in my crx now and im piecing together my turbo kit now. I just need to pick a block and i would like to know which would be better for a 500 hp daily driver. The block will be resleeved, balanced, ect ect it will be built for boost. I didnt think i would be able to drive it daily but ive heard from here that i can.
