Default difference between h-beam rods

so i was wondering how much horsepower/torque, the conventional h-beam rod, can withstand. What are the true differences between all of these different h-beams that Scat, Eagle, Manley, and Probe produce? I was going to buy a set of manley connecting rods and pistons from honda-tech because they are going for about $700 shipped for both - which is a great deal. I am doing a build up and was going to try to reach 600+whp and I am unaware of which rod to use. Can I use the manley rod and piston combo - to withstand that amount of horsepower?? If not should I just go with the Turbo Tuff rods that manley produces? Or should I just get a set of new eagle connecting rods that have the 3/8ths rod bolt?

I am pretty sure that the Scat and Eagle are pretty much the same and they are both copies of the Manley H-beam. Im not positive but i bet a search could reveal the answer.
