Default Difference between CTR and ITR cams?

Fairly new to Hondas and was just wondering whats the difference? Is it purely lift/duration or everything like lobe sep. Centerlines etc??

Is there any friendly drop in cams for a B18B LS motor? I'd like something that would help out with bottom end since the LS motor lacks capability to rev.
