Default did my belt skip a tooth?

Checked my timing today and it looks like timing is off. Motor is a b series. Picture shows tension on the crank with slack taken off belt. Looks like a tooth or two off. With slack on the belt and no tension or pressure added to crank it can look perfectly timed, but thats if i place the crank on tdc by moving it clockwise and forcing the slack off the tensioner side. Car started to run very rich up top. Mightve answered my own question but im looking for a second opinion. Hopefully the pic attached right.

Assuming that your cam gears are straight up and the horizontal timing lines are all in the same plane while your crank is in the position you have pictured... then you are in mechanical time.
