did i get the right engine????
just got a b16a1 out of an integra. First, please tell me this is the right engine. i'm almost sure it is, but i have no one to ask around here. people just don't get the scene where i'm from. and if it is the right motor, do i need to get another mount to put it in my crx?? anyone who has already done this swap, please reply and give me some info. i've been to a million web sites, but nothing helps more than getting info from someoen i can talk to. thanks guys. keep the wrenches turning
I believe that the mounts between the DA integra's and the CRX's are different. But not to worry, check out the link below.

what i mean is, there are a lot of diff. b16a's out there. i just want to make sure i got the right one. i see a lot of deifferent ones on the net, and some just say b16a without a 1 or 8 or 9. not sure i know the difference between them all yet. this is still kinda new to me
To install the B16A into your car (crx assuming), you will need some sort of B-series mount kit. Most would suggest the Hasport mounts: http://www.hasport.com While you're there, look around the site, you will find a lot of useful info regarding this swap. If you are still confused, you can always come here. I would suggest using the search function on this site. Tons of info on this subject. Before you do anything, I highly recommend that you take the time to research and study, take lot's of notes, to prepare yourself.
