Default Desparation in troubleshooting :D (Air gauge as a fuel gauge?)

Can an Air pressure gauge normally found on an air pressure regulator etc ... be used for a fuel pressure gauge TEMPORARILY? I'm literally stuck and out of funds and getting pissed off at a bogging problem. Just wanting to check the fuel pressure briefly just to rule it out. I'd really like to just get a cheap B&M or something but its just not an option at the time being. Thanks in Advance.

Borrow a fuel pressure gauge from a parts store.

Pretty sure none around here will just "loan" one out.

There will be a deposit but you get it all back. Autozone does this. Even with stores that don't loan tools, you can usually just buy it and return it when you're done. Especially if it's the same day you should have no trouble returning it.
