Default fuel pressure reading 90psi?! WHAT?

i have a b&m fpr and fuel pressure gauge (non liquid filled).i went out to check something under the engine bay and i noticed the car was running 90psi! i thought it was my fpr, so i tried my friends and i got the same reading. how often do these gauges go bad? or is it the gauge?

chances are its the guage. Since they are cheap, get a new one...preferrably liquid filled.
