Default deal with raceaxis....

I ordered pistons from race axis april 22nd. My order was pending for a while then processing then I called to find out what was going on and once I got a hold of someone they said they would check on my order and call back in 10 mins. That was a week ago and now no one answers the phone and their website doesnt work anymore..... anyone know anything about all this????!!!!!

I had problems with them a couple years ago getting my oil line kit. I eventually got it after a bunch of bs. But i'll never order from them again!

kind of. Once I put it thru a dispute with paypal they seemed to be more available to talk to and all they really worried about was me dropping the dispute not that they had a upset customer. It was probably a 2-3 month ordeal with them and in the end... they sent me the wrong piston rings with the pistons. I would definatly never order from them again and would suggest other people dont either.

I did get great customer service from Inlinefour tho. I've been very pleased with how they do business and take care of customers. I will definatly be going to them for any other parts I need to order

RaceAxis just plain sucks for customer service. I waited a month for a set of pistons, didn't get them, started calling and finally found out they were on backorder. When I said to cancel the order, they said it would take a week to transfer the money back. Generally I'm just displeased with them.
