Default Praise for CP pistons!!

Just felt like letting the honda-tech world know that not only are Cp's vendors(Tom at Camp1320, Earl, and other's i've dealt w/) here on honda-tech the best, but the company themselves are amazing! I have been trying to get ahold of some wrist pin locks for my cps that I purchased off of here.
I've had a hard time getting ahold of some and tried contacting cp by email w/ no reply after several days. So I gave them a call today, I was placed on hold(thinking it would be 10 minutes or so as usual at most places) within seconds the phone was picked up and I spoke w/ Paul in sales! I told him the part number that I needed after looking it up on their website. He asked for my adress and said that I should expect them Monday in the mail! I was amazed! Outstanding customer service, no questions asked and no credit card number was asked for! This is by far some of the best customer service that I've experienced to go along w/ a great product! I look forward to using their pistons from here on out!!!

CP is one of my favorite vendors and make some of the baddest *** pistons available.

BTW: I ordered some locks for Camp, that were probably for you.

Yah, CP pistons are really good pistons. Affordable also. Never had a problem w/ them yet.
Tom@camp1320. is a cool guy. Helped me out alot. First time I met him dude was always talkative, trying to sell me this sell me that. Next thing you know were buddies. Get all my stuff from him. Even thought he lives accross town from me I dont mind the drive cause I know im gonna get quality parts and the right prices. Even my CP pistons. Good looking out Tom....

i recieved a piston that had a slight knick on the side of the ringland. They replaced it with a new piston no questions asked. THey could have just said it was something that was my own doing.

Did you receive the pistons without wrist pins for some reason (thought they came with them)?

Piston kits from CP come complete with pins/rings/locks. No instructions yet though. Meant for the knowledgeable engine builder (they are so used to NASCAR style customers).

Is that the price he's selling it for or was that just a hookup for only you?

I hope companies like CP along with pretty much every other company out there realize how important it is to make a good impression with ALL their customers, as good compliments on major sites like these along with complaints can cause drastic changes in sales for them. props to CP for their customer service.

I had something similar with fluidyne a few weeks back. my radiator cap was leaking for some reason, i called them up and within minutes they had my order placed and the cap was sent out at no charge to me whatsoever.

CP's are almost identical to SRP or JE's if not the same. I heard the owner's of both those companies came from the same family and have the same engineer/technicians that work for them.

Tom is a busy man....he hardly ever answers emails cause he's always most of the time out and about......for those of you who knows TOM. Preferrably phone is the best contact.
