DC4 Ignition/Starter Problem, any ideas?
**EDIT** For searching purposes, it was fixed by bypassing the faulty alarm relay, simple solution!
Hey I've got a 96 Integra thats converted to OBDI. My engine is getting fuel/spark (I can push start it) but my starter WILL NOT turn over.
My starter/battery/alternator/battery cables are all in grand shape (everything has been checked multiple times), so why won't my starter even spin?
My 7.5A starter signal fuse is fine, but I checked the volts while the key was in the crank position and it was only getting 3.25 volts.
I don't know what this means, could someone who obviously has much more knowledge on this subject give me a hint? Its appreciated!

Ok I checked the ignition switch, cleaned the contacts, everything is fine.
Damn, I can reminber finding something about this in a search yesterday but I'm coming up empty again. I was taking a look at my main relay and it is clicking after my fuel pump is primed, but it is not clicking when the key is in the "start" position, can anyone verify that this is a/the problem?

i think you have an ignition switch problem. Do you have an alarm installed? Could be the starter kill relay for the alarm. Where exactly are you checking for voltage while cranking? Try putting 12VDC straight to the starter.
