Default Damn Code 1!

I have a 92 VX civic with a JDM OBD1 B16 and I cant figure out why my car is throwing a code 1. I know that the code means Oxygen content but I have already changed the O2 snesor twice with OEM and it still comes on. The light comes on when I have the car in gear and I am decelerating in gear at closed throttle and then the light comes on between 2000-3000 RPM. Any help pleez. Thanks in advance.

if im not mistaken, the obd1 b16 has 2 O2 sensors, one before the cat, and one after the cat. if you currently only have 1 O2 sensor, that could be the reason. also, what ecu are you using?

what ecm are you running? and which o2 sensor? the VX doesnt use a standard o2 sensor. so if you're using a vx o2 and a b16 ecm, that is your problem.

Actually it does have just one o2 sensor , obd0 and obd2 has 2. I went to honda and on their computer it showed that the 95 delsol VTEC had only one. I am using a 4 wire o2 sensor, but when I check d14 pin out it reads .037 volts. And Im using a p30 ecu.
