Default DA abs to non abs conversion gone bad please help!

I've searched all of HT and cant find a write up on a 90 integra abs to non abs conversion. This is what happens I will drive the car around for a little bit then I can start to feel the pedal get a lil bit harder everytime I use it and eventually the front brakes lock up and the pedal is so stiff I cant move it. I crank the wheel to the side and crack the bleeder then all is good for awhile then it happens again. I did the conversion from abs to non abs for more room and less weight, this is all that I did.

Brand new 90 integra rs master cylinder
Used honda 40/40 prop. vale
All new brake lines/rubber hoses/fittings

I still have the abs brake booster and calipers and im not sure if these need to be replaced

There is no air in the lines at all I vaccum bleed them in the proper sequence and bench bleed the master cylinder.

Please let me know what you guys think I hate driving my da like this.

Did you remove the hose from the booster to the manifold? If so are you shure its on correctly as it works as a check valve.
