Default D16Z6-Valve Stem seals

I've come to conclusion while i got the money to get my valve stem seals replaced.

Engine: D16Z6
Car: '92 si hatch

How difficult is this going to be?
A one day thing?
Weekend,etc?

Is there any special tools you haft to have..also do you haft to take the cam out?

When I replaced mine on my D16 they where a sinch, but i had the head already off my car. I know you will need to take the valve springs off, so you will need a valve spring compressor tool, then you will need to "charge" the combustion chamber with air, I forgot what the tool is, But you use it to do a leak-down test, you screw it into the sparkplug hole then connect it to an air hose, And also, I'm pretty sure you will not need to take of the cam, i'm almost postive.
