Default D16Y8 or B18B

I have a 97 Ex coupe with the normal bolt-on i/e. I have waited on getting a new header because I am thinking of swapping to a B18B. for the extra 13hp and like 15fpt, would this be a good investment? My engine has 75k miles on it, how much you think I could get for it when I sell it. Also, how much can I find a B18B for do you think (50-60K mile range not JDM)?

keep and build the y8. in the long run it can be just as fast. 13hp and 15ftlb is nothing. well it is but you can get that easy. just do the right mods. peace SOHC power

IMO, the B18b isnt much of an upgrade to the y8. If your going to swap, hold out for a C1, or just stick y8. Your motor doesnt have many miles anyhow.

Get the b18b, it's got good torque (very important) and you could allways do a vtec head swap in the future, which is a wicked engine. A friend of mine has a b18b in a 94 civic coupe and it's pretty quick.
