Default D16 timing way off! Help please

D16A block with the Y8 head w/adjustable cam gear using the factory D15B7 crank pulley. It's in my 93 hatch that a guy gave me when I bought the car with the D15B7 factory motor in it. So basically, I lined up the block to the TDC mark and then adjusted my camshaft to TDC. I installed the timing belt in accordance with the factory honda manual. I hooked up the timing light and set it to 0 degrees just to see what I got and it reads waaaay off. I then turned the timing light **** to 12 degrees and the white mark was no where to be found. I changed it back to 0 degrees and u could see the white timing mark again. The car idles abruptly and pretty much all the symptoms of bad timing but I have no idea what to do! Could the D15B7 crank pulley be throwing it off compared to a Y8 pulley? Should I adjust the cam gear to compensate for that? Please help me out. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Also the vacuum line from the map sensor to throttle body nipple broke off so I capped it off.

Make sure spark plug wires are put in the right way like the correct order simple but could make all the difference and goes unnoticed often

If I don't know which way the plug wires go I might as well quit at life haha but yeah they are good. I'm gonna adjust the cam gear a degree or two. I'm at 6 degrees with the timing light right now

The Y8 camshaft is indexed 4.75 degrees off of the B7 cam setup, I am not sure how the D16A deck height compares to the B7 block either. The Y8 is also a 12 degree timing while the B7 pulley is a 16 degree timing.

You have a whole bunch of miss mashed things going on here.

You also have not specified what ECU you have running this franken motor. The ECU will specify what your ignition timing should be.
