d15b vtec-e ecu chipping
does anybody know what needs to be chipped, if possible, on my P07 ecu so that it can control the FITV (fast idle throttle valve) on my intake?
Long story short......I swapped out the d15z1 in my Civic VX with a d15b vtec-e but the rpm's are high (1 1/2 - 2 k) and my check engine light won't go away. I've already bought the parts for what the codes were indicating (map sensor, tps, iatv).
The only difference from the d15z1 intake and the d15b vtec-e intake is that the d15z1 tb does not have a FITV, but the d15b does and that's why i figure i need to chip the ecu.
Any help is appreciated.
