Default ecu chip intake

if i install a cai intake do i need to change the ecu so that it knows there will be increased air intake? and how do i do that?

lol, no u dont need to chip your ecu, just take your negative off your battery for 5 min then put it back on, it will reset the ecu, then turn the car on, dont rev it or anything, just let it idle and it should adjust
