Default D-Series cam questions....

Im looking at 3 different cams to use in my D-series build. The motor will be a y8 block with LS rods and a6 pistons (about 11:1 compression), and a ported z6 head with Crower springs and skunk2 Ti retainers and a .020" mill.
Here are the cams Im checking out
Crower Stage 2: Duration @ .050" = 230/204 Gross Lift = 427/432
Zex 59300: Duration @ .050" = 220/216 Gross Lift = 455/430
Exospeed SV909: Duration @ .010" = 296/266 Gross Lift = 396/376

First question: How can I convert the Exospeed duration to reflect .050" instead of .010" to compare more accurately? What does .010" and .050" reflect a measurement of?
Second: How does lift play a role in power production....ie: is too much a bad thing?
Third: Which one looks to have the best specs for my setup? It looks like the Exospeed cam will produce the most power with that high of duration, but the peak of the powerband will be a lot higher than with the other 2. This is going to be a daily driver, so i want to produce good power in the useable RPM band (2500-7000ish).

Thoughts, ideas? Thanks......
