I don't know but I read when a CYS CEL is thrown more then likely people change out the igniter in the dizzy- hope this helps

I had this issue a while back , and I removed my dizzy and spun the shaft , and I noticed it was having a hard time moving. I also noticed that there was all kinds of red dust in my dizzy cover. I decided to replace the whole dizzy and my code went away , and I havent had any problems since. Hope this helps..........
