Default CTR pistons in b16a

Hey

I just purchased some CTR pistons

I heard that the rods need to be machicned a total of 1mm at the top, is this true?

Also I will be running a GSR head with a 2-layer head gasket, should I worry about clearence issues? if I do, does anyone know of any good sites that show you how to properly clay a block?

Thanks in advance

I did do a search, but I didnt find the answers I was looking for.

I did find that, you shave off 1mm on each side for a total of 2mm on the rods, and another member suggested that you take 1.5 off each side for a total of 3mm

1mm off each side is correct.
