ctr or itr pistons?
Ctr's will give you a little bit higher compression. You will need to have the rods milled down about 1 mm for them to fit into the ctr pistons though. Other than that they fit right in.

ITR pistons will provide a lower C/R than the stock setup, so you probably don't want to go that route.

JDM ITR pistons: 10.1:1 CR
USDM ITR pistons: 9.7:1 CR
CTR pistons: 10.8:1 CR
def go with CTR pistons, you could also find some CTR connecting rods if your worried about milling them to fit,

get the oversize .25, bore and hone the cylinder walls
