Ok here is the story...Last month I did a mini-me setup in my 88 CRX HF. I am using a d15b7 block and ported y8 head, and PM6 ecu with APEXi VAFC . The motor runs strong, but the CEL comes on after 6k regardless of gear. I checked the code and its a MAP sensor fault. I have replaced the sensor, tripple checked the AFC wiring and even swapped the t-body. Nothing has fixxed the problem. I want to know if anyone else has delt with this. Oh and by the way after the cel comes on the the engine will pull hard at full throttle, but misses and pops with part throttle. If I turn the engine off and try to restart it all I am doing is killing my battery and smelling unburned fuel. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

 

check for a short in the wire somewhere. should recieve 5v into sensor. check at sensor and ecu. i had a problem with my map before. i will try to look up more specs and get some more info. i have it somewhere.
