I have a H2b on my CRX using a D series alternator. The battery light on my cluster stays on and have no idea if the battery is charging, but when i rev pass 3000rmp the light turns off and at idle turns back on. any help would be nice thanks

What is needed to use a D series alternator on a H22A? Do i need to change to higher amp fuse for alternator, i have no idea what the problem is. checked wiring twice and its good

 

The alternator could be going bad, what alt bracket are you using? I used a d-series alt on my H2B crx with no problems, i used the esp bracket.

 

im using the stock h22 bracket for now bolting the top bolt only. i replaced the alternator with a good working one same problem forgot to metion that.

Battery, ELD, wiring, or the alt itself... What crank pulley are you running?

 

fixed my problem put on the h22 alternator no more light thanks guys.
