Will a b18b engine/trans drop into a crx with just motor mounts? or will I need axles too?

You need more than mounts and axels...

 

you need everything from a 1990-1991 integra axles ecu and rear bracket and radiator hoses

then you need a hasport mount and shift linkage kit

then you have to cut off the front mount bracket off the crossmember and then bang away at the inner frame near the alternator for clearance issues

and i recommend getting a new clutch setup and doing a full tune up on it including new timing belt and oil/water pump
