I took off the intake to change it to another filter... its a stock b20b, when i went to start the car, it sounded like a piece of metal flew through the intake, tb, intake manifold, and into the motor... so i stopped cranking it right awa.y........ i blew air into the cylinders, fished around with a magnet, nothing... i couldnt see anything wrong... started the motor and it was burning oil/water... badly. I did a compression test and it yielded 205-205-205-225

every other time i've done a compression test on this motor i got 205-205-205-205. this motor has like 10,000 miles on it. I took the head off, there's no signs of any material bouncing threw the chamber. the cylinder walls are perfect, the pistons, perfect... i see nothing wrong!!! any clues?
