I did a Compression test...
Not too long ago I had got some water in my engine. I got all the water out and changed oil and filter. No funny noises or anything like that. Car runs like it did before I got water in it. Well what I got 170 210 210 210. Should I worry at all? Thank you in advance.
well first of all what motor is it and what pistons?
depending on the motor but if its a gs-r thats kinda low
your rings might be shot

if those cylinders are in order from 1-4 the #1 cylinder needs to be wet tested (oil test) if it returns to within 15 PSI of 210 then you need to replace the rings most likely
I agree with G1. However, the variance in compression from the other cylinders is probably more important in how it runs than how high the compression is. With that said, the spec. for my 89 LS is 192 PSI. I do not know what it is for the 95 GSR. I would definitely retest the 170 and see if it comes up with a squirt or 2 of oil. If it does, then like G1 said, it is probably a damaged ring(s) from the water.
