I got some new tuner toys 550CC injectors for my turbo d16 to replace my 440cc lucas injectors that were maxed out at 20psi boost. The tune was previously very good on the 440's, ~11.5 afr under boost. I always run a wideband in the car. I installed the new bigger ones, changed the injector parameters in emanage to "550". tried to start the car, the widebvand read LEAN, engine stumbled and died. WTF? I set parameter back to "440", started it and ran stoich at idle and cruise, just as i never installed bigger injectors?? So I'm thinking they sent me 440's by mistake. I take the car out for more driving, went WOT under boost then suddenly the extra injector showed up.. in the low 10's, and missing because of too much fuel. I had to pull a significant amount of fuel out under full boost. With the 440's I tried to add more fuel, but it never got richer than 12.5 at over 22psi.

So my main WTF question is why did i not have to pull ANY fuel out at part throttle or idle, but the injectors obviously had more fuel to give under full boost.???
