does theharmonic damper (crankpulley) have to be rotationally balanced??? thanks

It should be zero balanced, but it doesn't have enough impact on anything to have to be "high speed balanced" or whatever they are calling it these days.

Most crank pulleys are zero balance by nature anyway. I mean....its round.
