Default Help! Crankshaft issue

as shown in the picture, my crank is sheared in the slot for the key on the pulley on my freshly rebuilt motor, and I know replacing the crank would obviously fix the issue but i was going to see if somebody else knows a way to make the current one work, I have read about welding it and possibly getting an ATI super damper. But i was gonna see if anyone had another option because I don;t want to replace the crank lol.

I am not speaking from experience but I would think if it sheared the crank a weld wouldnt be able to hold up.I also would advise you to watch out for the heat on the crank you will need to make a good weld it may warp it.

Only reason it sheared in the first place is cuz the pulley walked
