Default cranking problem

here's the situation, the dizzy is bad so i'm not even worried about spark right now, but when i crank it it truns over very slowly and inconsistantly it seems like it's drawing more juice that it should, the battery is dead so i have it jumped, when i crank it the dash lights dim the VAFC turns off and the lights on the car it's jumped to go dim. i tried cranking without the spark plugs in and it its still slow but it is consistant. my compression should be in the ball park of 11.9-12.7:1, the rings have not yet sealed. i can turn it over by hand with just a bit more effort than a stock b16.

I don't really know what you're trying to get at, but you need to do is charge the battery (that's your cause of dimming lights) and replace your distributor.

perhaps i did not ask a clear question, i'm wondering what might cause the symptoms i described. i'm not trying to make it start right now so the distributor is not an issue, and i jumped the car from a running car with a good battery, i have 12 volts constant while the cables are on.
