Default crank pully question

on a gsr crank pulley there are a total of four marks, first being a white notch second (about 1/4 inch down the pulley) a blank notch. past that another white notch followed by another blank notch. so which is used for top dead center?

thanks

the mark that's all by itself is tdc. The other mark that is between the two blank marks is stock timing (16 degrees i think).
